Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

Today women still are a minority in the energy sector. Its rapid transformation which is so urgently needed, however, makes it necessary to bundle all forces. This is a task that requires contributions from all strata of society, all the know-how and the strengths. Hence it is illogical to exclude certain parts of society from this process. I therefore appeal to all: women into the energy sector – we need every force!
