Members pay a yearly fee to the TCP Secretary to cover administrative costs and communication activities of the Initiative. Countries nominate national delegates to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee meets twice a year and is steering the 5-years programme and initiating new activities and workstreams. National delegates should actively participate in physical and virtual meetings. Furthermore, in-kind contributions to the different workstreams are made according to national interests and possibilities.
