The energy transition can be turned into a possibility only with new thinking, and diverse workforce is one way to boost it. We need new skills, new leadership, and new perspectives. Diversity can disrupt organisations internally and create resiliency, readiness to tackle the changing global situation, be it climate crisis or something completely different.
