Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

In the world we live in, we need more women to discover their male side, and work in fields they wouldn’t „normally“ be working in. We have a huge talent in running businesses and „taking care“, which is crucial for our world right now. We just do not trust in ourselves enough most of the time. I want to show woman that they can learn anything they want in less than two years. I have no technical degree and learnt everything I know about solar power and energy by myself and am now one of the most reknown people in this field. And when I can do this, anyone can do this.
