Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

As in any other field of expertise, it becomes of increasing importance to adapt as quickly as possible to upcoming environmental changes also for the energy sector. Facing these challenges, it is always a question of having the right people in responsibility. I am deeply convinced, that a female perspective on the problems as well as a contribution to any possible solution is not only a “nice to have” enrichment, but also essential to get the best out of it – and without any doubt, we will need the very best to get this necessary energy transition done! Inspiring and advancing women in energy therefore may be our most important responsibility.
