We were pleased to attend the launch of the Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE) Austria Chapter, on May 18, 2025, hosted at the Canadian Official Residence in Vienna.
The event provided an important platform to exchange perspectives on advancing gender equality and leadership in the clean energy transition, and to strengthen international collaboration in support of a more inclusive energy sector.
We extend our sincere thanks to Ambassador Alison Grant for the generous hospitality and for supporting this important initiative.
We also congratulate the WiRE Austria Chapter and its leadership for bringing this network to Vienna. The discussions highlighted the importance of people and leadership in driving the clean energy transition, alongside technology and innovation.
We look forward to seeing WiRE Austria continue to grow and strengthen its impact in the region.
