Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) is working with Natural Resources Canada’s Equal by 30 team to evaluate the ease-of-use and usefulness of the recently released Self-Assessment Tool.
As such, we are inviting Equal by 30 signatories to participate in two webinars led by our Diversity Specialist, Muhammad Ahsan to walk through the tool, pose any questions you may have regarding its use, and offer suggestions on how to make improvements or overcome challenges.
- The first webinar will present instructions for completing the tool and the benefits of doing so. It will be hosted on Thursday, March 21 at 11am EDT. Please register here to receive access to information and instructions.
- During the second webinar, we will pilot the tool during an interactive session with Equal by 30 signatories who have already used the tool in their organizations. It will be hosted on Thursday, April 4 at 11am EDT. Please register here to receive access to information and instructions.
During both webinars, participants will be able to ask questions in real time. We hope that you will be able to attend these sessions and share your experiences with the tool or learn how your organization can use it to help track progress and maintain accountability on inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA).
