Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

What started as a bold idea is now reality: Green Energy Lab is a leading innovation platform for green energy in Austria. I’m proud to have shaped this journey from the start – as managing director, networker, and bridge builder. As a public-private partnership, we’ve built a strong network of 350 companies, research and public institutions. Our mission: bring innovations from research to market through real-world projects that test, scale, and spread new technologies. Innovation needs more than tech – it needs people who lead. I aim to be a role model, especially for women in tech and leadership. Visibility creates opportunity. Opportunity drives change. The future isn’t something we wait for – it’s something we shape.

  • Offer or promote internships, scholarships, fellowships, job shadowing, or training
  • Collect and share information on best practices for advancing women in the energy field
