Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

At a time when energy affordability, security and decarbonisation are essential strategic imperatives, we need to create an inclusive energy sector which attracts and retains the very best talent and experience. The business and values case is clear – and it is down to all of us who have some degree of influence to drive this forward. Having worked in energy my whole career, and often as a female minority, I will do all that I can to support the next generation.

• Engage with the youth in early education and exposure events or programs to foster greater interests in STEM
